SEPTEMBER 2021

During the COVID-19 Alert Levels, SUB60 continues to deliver.

SUB60 Couriers continues to operate and deliver freight on behalf of businesses that are open to trade as allowed by Government through the different Alert Levels.

Our delivery priority through the lockdown at Alert Level 3 and 4 continues to be, medical, pharmaceutical, educational and perishables (where ‘essentials’ can be prioritised – they are). Other freight will be delivered as and when resource allows.

Staffing and courier levels across the country are at reduced capacity – as we are needing to put COVID distancing protocols in place throughout our operation (to keep our people and the public safe). There may be additional time taken to deliver some of the freight that we are receiving that is not considered top priority – additionally, there may be a delay in standard response times to queries.

With this in mind please understand that there may be some slightly extended delivery times. We will do all we can to minimise delays.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are doing all we can to manage during challenging times and we will do all we can to assist in any way possible. We would also ask that you check your delivery points are open before booking a job, this will ensure you are not being charged for the attempted delivery and the items returned.

Please stay safe…

The SUB60 team.
